Nuvalu launched its new department in Gdansk several months ago. The company is currently opening another office which is to be situated in Wroclaw and managed by Daria Dudek.
Wroclaw is the second largest (after Krakow) regional market in Poland. We envisage that the total supply of office space in this city will exceed one million sq. m at the end of 2018. We would like to be as near to our clients as possible and thus we have made a decision on opening a new office of Nuvalu in Wroclaw. Daria will become a manager and I am convinced that her rich experience will contribute to rapid growth of our company in the region – explains Marcin Wailewski, Member of the Board of Nuvalu Poland.
Daria Dudek has been closely related to the Lower Silesian commercial real estate market for many years. She knows the industry from two perspectives: agency and developer. Daria Dudek has been managing the Wroclaw department of Colliers International and developing the structures of international agency in this region. She was also responsible for sales and cooperation with clients and owners of the buildings and represented the corporate clients’ interests in Wroclaw. She has performed a role of Leasing Manager at LC Corp SA and she has been responsible for lease of such buildings as RETRO Office House, Arkady Wroclawskie and Sky Tower. The establishment of cooperation with such a rapidly growing company as Nuvalu Poland is a demanding challenge for me. We aspire to be one of the leading consulting companies on the Wroclaw commercial real estate market. I believe that my experience and good relations with clients will contribute to the success of Nuvalu in the region – says Daria Dudek.
