Powiśle power plant is a multimillion project, completion of which is envisaged for 2019. The investment of the size amounting to 55 000 sq. m will comprise differentiated office, commercial, restaurant and residential space as well as a five-star boutique hotel.
Beauty Hall is a new concept that conquers the world of care and beauty. The first comprehensive beauty & spa services in Poland will be available on the area of the size amounting to nearly 1500 sq. m divided into three zones. First of them will be a small and separated part with the following services: massages, beauty treatments and depilation. The half-open part will be intended for nail care stands. The remaining part designed as open space will be intended for cosmetic stands of prestigious brands.
The interest shown by the beauty sector is really strong. The idea of collecting all services under one roof is currently very popular among tenants – says Dariusz Domański, Associate Partner, Development and Leasing Director at White Star Real Estate.
