Kardan N.V. invests in GTC shares

Globe Trade Centre has emitted shares in order to decrease the company’s debt. The largest shareholder – Kardan N.V. has confirmed its trust in business plans of the company.

Kardan N.V. which is a controlled company of GTC Real Estate Holdings B.V. has invested approximately 28.7 million EUR buying 27.75 million shares of GTC (which constitutes 27.75% of GTC’s offer). The company has used its rights issue to receive shares of new emission which means a guaranteed right to buy shares in new emission in proportion to the amount of shares already possessed by shareholders.


GTC has emitted shares in order to decrease the company’s debt. The behavior of Kardan shows a great trust towards GTC.  Buying shares confirms Kardan’s trust towards business plan of the company and may indicate the success of the rights issue. – says Erez Boniel the Financial Director and Board Member of GTC.
