Warsaw beat Vienna and Prague

The capital of Poland went up in the rank of the best cities for business. It took the first place in Europe taking into account the relation between the cost and the standard of the office space.

 

In the rank of the best localizations for business in Europe, Warsaw went up in eight out of twelve categories. The rank has been created by consulting agents form Cuchman & Wakefiels on the basis of interviews with the managers of 501 biggest companies in Europe made by TNS BMRB.

In the general rank Warsaw beat cities like Vienna, Prague, Moscow and Rome. The capital of Poland took the first place regarding relation between the cost of office space and its standard. Regarding the cost of employment it has been beaten only by Bucharest. In the category of expansion of companies in the next 5 years, Warsaw took the third place. It took the 5th place regarding the atmosphere for business created by the government. The city took the lowest places regarding the internal and external transportation network (28th and 28th place), the employees’ life quality (32nd place) and the cleanliness of the environment (34th place).
