Mokotów's office building on Jan Sebastian Bach St., with an area of 7 000 m2, was bought by First Property in year 2007 from Polskie Radio. New owner takes over the building 100% commercialized. Among the lessees are a private health care facility, three private schools belonging to Varsovia foundation, Wojewódzki Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej.

MK8 Invest manages polish properties, which consist of office and business areas.
