Warsaw. The investment is going to be executed on Chmielna street.

 

On the lot acquired from PKP S.A. by way of tender, HB REAVIS developer plans to build a modern A class office complex, which is to deliver as much as 100 000 m2 of rent area! The investment in Polish capital's strict city center is going to start by the end  of year 2014.

- We're glad that it is HB Reavis which by way of tender acquired grounds in the heart of Warsaw. The investment on Chmielna St. will be an unique structure, fulfilling the highest standards. A project in perfect location at the junction of two important arteries - Jana Pawła II Ave and Jerozolimska Ave, will surely be an attractive offer  for potential leaseholders - said Stanislav Frňka, CEO HB REAVIS Poland. - In the last two years HB REAVIS has acquired 5 lots with a total area of 9 ha, on which we're planning to build 330 000 m2 in total of highest-class modern office area, whose net worth is estimated at 1.1 billion Euro. Currently, 95 000 m2 is under construction (Konstruktorska Business Center i Gdański Business Center) - he adds.

- Cooperation with HB REAVIS exemplary in many respects. We've seen it both during the sale transaction of lots in Warsaw's city center and in the prepared joint venture projects. We hope that our future cooperation will be similarily successful - emphasises in turn Radosław Wawrzyniak, property sale department director at PKP SA.

HB Reavis's investment is going to apply for BREEAM environmental certificate. The office complex's prestige is going to be additionally bolstered by the close wicinity to Pałac Kultury i Nauki, Central Station as well as to office-retail-services complex Złote Tarasy.
