Levi's moves its office from Platinum Business Park in Służewiec. The owner of a popular jeans brand is going to rent 960 m2 in Wilanów Office Park from january 2013. HDS Polska, belonging to Legarde Services group, intends to open two restaurants on the area of 500 m2. Chief's and Mezzo di Pasta as well as 1-Minute chain's shop.
B3 building offers a total area of 10 000 m2. Located near a lake, the minimalistic and modern building is going to be certified in accordance with BREEAM standards.
Wilanów Office Park complex consists of three buildings. B1 office building gained acknowledgement among architects, which is proved by awards achieved in ontests such as Polska Architektura 2011 and European Property Awards 2012. The second building, biggest in the entire complex, has been completely bought out by Asseco Poland. Apart from HDS Polska and Levi's, B3 building's leaseholder is a Swiss medical company CSL Behring AG. Talks with further enterprises interested in a lease are being handled by Avestus Real Estate company, which mediates in contacts with the complex's owner - Polnord SA company.
