A key leaseholder will remain in IBC

Warsaw. WBC Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baer legal practice has extended the lease contract in IBC office building.

 

WBC Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baer legal practice has signed a contract extension for lease of over 1 500 m2 of office area in International Business Center building. IBC's owner is Accession Fund SICAV, which was being supported throughout the negotiations by Avestus Real Estate agency.

The legal practice has its offices in IBC since year 2007. It provides legal services in the area of business law.

International Business Center complex consists of two office buildings located in Warsaw, near Politechnika subway station. Their total area amounts to 36 000 m2 and is rented out in 100% by companies like i.a. PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Samsung, Provident and HSBC. IBC has recieved two awards in best building of the year cathegory. As Maciej Gołębiewski from Avestus Real Estate says: IBC has almost everything that demanding leaseholders might expect. High quality of office area and property management enjoys their appreciation. Attractive location, numerous ways of access, technical solutions applied in the building result in the fact that our leaseholders simply feel well in it.
