Rule Financial, a company providing business consulting, technical consulting and IT services for investment banks and financial institutions, is going to rent nearly 900 sqM on the two highest storeys in the "Okrąglak" office block. The owner of the building is Immobel Poland, a developer active in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland.
We are very proud that our project was appreciated by an IT company for which advanced teletype infrastructure and security systems in the building are crucial. It also pleases us that in less than 5 months after the building's opening, 60% of it is already rented, which is a very successful figure in the Poznań real estate market – says Anna Fijałkowska, Senior Commercial Manager at Immobel Polska LLC.
"Okrąglak" is Immobel's first investment in Poland. The building, constructed in 1954 according to Marek Leykam's project, was rebuilt and renovated by the developer. Many ecological and low-energy solutions were introduced. Every project by Immobel meets the requirements of the BREEAM certification system.
As we expand our business in Poland, we have reached the point at which further expansion to another large city is necessary for meeting the expectations of our international clients. The opening of a new software development centre, this time in Poznań, will enable us to conduct business on a larger scale, bringing together the IT specialists from two large Polish cities. We are very satisfied with the perfectly renovated "Okrąglak", its localisation, standard and the technological solutions it offers.
