The CBRE company moves its headquarters to Atrium 1 office building, in Warsaw.

CBRE will occupy 1 120 sqm of the office space in Atrium 1, in Warsaw. The company will also have exclusive access to the outer terrace of the total space of 200 sqm.

The facility is developed by Skanska Property Poland, and is located at al. Jana Pawła II at the Rondo ONZ. The architectural project of the office building was created at Biuro Projektów Kazimierski i Ryba. Atrium 1 will offer to its tenants about 13 600 sqm of class A office space.

The building was LEED pre-certified at Platinum level. Modern solutions which guarantee a low energy usage were applied in the building. The facility will not use the primary energy, fresh water (to aims other than necessary) and other unbalanced materials. It will also have an exceptional amount control, e.g., built-in CO2.

Atrium 1 was chosen as the best building to support our development plan. The office building is situated in the place where we want him to be, and to our clients and employees will take advantage of.
