EmiTel, the leading terrestrial radio and TV broadcast infrastructure operator in Poland, will move into the office building Mokotów Nova in Warsaw.

EmiTel, the terrestrial radio and TV broadcast infrastructure operator, will occupy office space of 1 130 sq m on the first floor in the building A belonging to the Mokotów Nova complex. The building is owned by Ghelamco, represented in transactions by Jones Lang LaSalle. The new tenant will move into the building in July 2013.

 

The complex offers the space of total 40 000 sq m and is one of the biggest office buildings in the business part of Warsaw. It comprises three connected 7- to 12-storey office buildings, however, three storeys in each building are designed for a car park. Next to the building there are also parking spaces for over thousand cars.

 

The Mokotów Nova was completed and commissioned at the end of 2011. This is the Class A building in which pro-environmental solutions have been applied. Since 2012 the project has been the official partner of the European Commission's programme under the name of "GreenBuilding Programme". Recently, the building has been also awarded the British environmental certificate BREEAM with a Very Good grade.

 

Besides EmiTel, in the building there are such tenants as Hyundai Motor Poland, BMW, Cargill, Medicover, LG Electronics Polska, Reckitt Benckiser, CBG International, Svenska Handelsbanken, Lego Polska, and a restaurant PRIMA PASTA, which is situated on the ground floor. In addition, Ghelamco Poland, the building's owner, also has its headquarters in the Mokotów Nova.
