Law firm SSW Spaczyński, Szczepaniak i Wspólnicy will move into Poznań Okrąglak office building in the beginning of June 2013. Firm will be now located on Mielżyńskiego 14, on the seventh storey. The firm will move due to its development.

Okrąglak office building belongs to Immobel Poland, a company which recently finished its modernisation. The building was constructed in the 50s and is considered one of the most exquisite examples of Polish modernist architecture. It is also an sustainable building, as all of the investor’s projects are built according to BREEAM criteria. In the building there are modern technological conveniences and ecological solutions.
The building offers in total 7,000 m2, 6,000 m2 of which is devoted to office spaces, and 820 m2 to commercial spaces. The modernisation of Okrąglak finished in September 2012.
Advisor during the change of SSW’s localisation was Colliers International company. Building’s owner, Immobel Poland, was advised by CBRE company.
Immobel Polska company is also the owner of Kwadraciak office building, located near Okrąglak. Kwadraciak offers 930 m2, 750 m2 of which is devoted to offices.
