The investor of West Forum office centre is Grupa Archicom, which leased Netia office space a few weeks ago. Another new tenant is Objectivity Bespoke Software Specialists company, which will take up 2,000 m2 on two storeys of the building.
The complex has an easy access, environmentally-friendly solutions and two big, independent parking spaces. The tenants can freely arrange their space, and the work comfort is provided by sunlight accessible from all workspaces.

Attractive financial conditions, company’s development in one place, comfortable working space and its elasticity are now standards, in which leading companies want to locate their businesses – says Tomasz Sujak, commercial director in Archicom.
Workers of Objectivity Bespoke Software Specialists will move into West Forum in late 2013. In the office there won’t be any open spaces. Instead, we will have design offices. There will be also some places devoted to relax during the breaks, for example recreation room with a video game console or table football – informs Dorota Kulka, head of HR in Objectivity.
The new lease contracts means that another part of West Forum is now completely rented. Archicom started the realisation of another part of the investment, which will offer 6,000 m2. The whole complex will take 6 to 8 buildings, offering in total 100,000 m2.
