Three companies prolonged their lease contracts in Warsaw office complex.

Johnson&Johnson, Janssen Cilag and LaFarge will stay for longer in administered by Peakside Polonia Management Wiśniowy Business Park complex. The companies will together lease over 10,000 m2 of space.


The first two companies are part of J&J concern, and their following years in the complex will be spent on a slightly bigger space than before. Also LaFarge, working in building materials production sector, has decided to prolong the lease contract. The companies are, after Royal Bank of Scotland and LuxMed company, the next tenants to stay in the object.


We are happy, that the group of tenants who decide to prolong their contracts with Wiśniowy Business Park complex is growing bigger. We are proud that our management standards and the quality of the buildings was appreciated by the biggest concerns in the world, such as J&J and LaFarge – says Daniel Pater, Head of Asset Management Polonia I.


Wiśniowy Business Park is located near Żwirki i Wigury street in Warsaw. The complex has good communication both with the city centre and Warszawa Okęcie airport. The investment consists of six buildings, in which the tenants can freely arrange their space.


The tenants of the object are such companies as IBM, Avnet, Johnson&Johnson, Janssen Cilag. The complex belongs to Polonia Property Fund I (PPF), managed by Peakside Polonia Management Sp. z o.o. In the portfolio of Polonia Property Fund LP (Polonia I) there are such office and storage places as Atrium Centrum and Plaza, Wiśniowy Business Park in Warsaw, Diamond Business Park in Łódź, Poznań Financial Centre in Poznań and Centrum Biurowe Lubicz in Kraków.
