T-Mobile Office Park has officially become a new place of one of the biggest mobile phone operators in Poland. T-Mobile has moved into the investment, realised by Ghelamco in Warsaw’s Mokotów. The operator will be a main tenant of the object – the company leases 27,000 m2, which is 70% of available office space.
The complex is the newest finished project of Ghelamco Poland. The construction started in the second quarter of 2012 and lasted until May 2013, when the object was opened for use. The project is an example of a business park, in which there is a place both for a wide patio and attractive office space, which can be arranged by the tenants. The designers cared for user’s comfort by implementing such solutions as windows that can be opened, a fully glassed-in facade allowing the sunlight inside and zonal-regulated systems of ventilations and lighting. For the users there are 1,300 parking spaces for cars and special places for bicycles.
The investment was constructed following the guidelines of BREEAM certificate. T-Mobile Office Park is currently during the last stage of certifying process. The certificate will be the sixth, given to Ghelamco investments during the last four years.
