The company, belonging to PGE Capital Group, will lease space in Warsaw office building Sienna Center.

The new tenant will lease 2,100 m2 of space. During the transaction, PGE Systemy S.A. company was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.


Sienna Center is located in Warsaw, between Sienna, Twarda and Żelazna streets. The object consists of three independent parts and offers in total about 20,000 m2 of space for lease. The object was built in 1998, and in the years 2009-2011 it was thoroughly renovated. In the object there are such conveniences as BMS, optical fibre, windows which can be opened and the monitoring. Sienna Center belongs to CA Immo and AXA.


PGE Systemy S.A. is working in the teleinformatics field and is providing services for the companies from PGE Capital Group. The group is the biggest electro-energetic company in Poland in relation to the revenue and generated profit. The company is introducing ICT projects and optimising the management of the assets and costs of the Group. Additionally, it is introducing new automation technologies, which aim to accelerate the circulation of the information and the rationalising of the management. Former office of  PGE Systemy S.A. is located in Mysia 2 street in Warsaw. The company will move to new place before the end of August 2013.

The company offers such services as leasing, selling, buying, debt and capital financing, corporate services, investment banking, management of real estates, projects and objects, advising and appraisal.
