Hines bought a real estate in Warsaw

The developer will be able to build an office complex on the bought terrain.

Bank BPH sold part of its terrain, located on the junction of Prosta, Towarowa and Przyokopowa streets in Warsaw. The buyer was a fund from Hines group. During the transaction, the seller was advised by Residential & Development Department of CBRE.

The real estate, with the area of 13,311 m2, is located near the now-constructed metro station Rondo Daszyńskiego.

That part of the city is currently changing rapidly, mainly because of the large activity of developer companies. Our company predicts, that central business area will expand in this direction – comments Paweł Nowak, Consultant in Residential & Development Department, CBRE.

The city has issued a valid decision about development conditions of the area. According to them, a multifunctional office complex can be realised, having in total about 42,000 m2 of space. The tallest building in the investment can be 55 metres tall. The investor’s idea is that the object will balance and complete existing office buildings, creating a frontage on the side of Prosta street.
