Further interest in Andersia Business Centre

Two new companies have moved into Poznań office building – Regus and Probuild.

Recently an international company Newell Rubbermaid has moved into Poznań office building Andersia Business Centre and has leased almost 2,000 m2 to create SSC business centre. Two new companies have joined the group of the object's tenants.


Over 1,000 m2 will be leased by Regus company, a provider of elastic solutions concerning workplaces. The company offers offices, virtual offices, conference rooms, videoconferences and business salons.


The second new tenant is Probuild, a consulting company working in the construction and real estate sectors. Since 1993 the company is focusing on managing the investments using Project Management formula, a supplementary investor and contract engineer, it is also doing investment advising. Since 2004 Probuild also provides tenant service within the framework of designing, furnishing and arranging space. In the company's portfolio there are, among other things, services provided for Andersia Tower, Liberty Corner and Poznań Financial Centre.


The first tenant of Andersia Business Centre was PricewaterhouseCoopers company, which has moved in just after the construction was finished, in the last quarter of 2012.


The building belongs to joint venture Von der Heyden Group and the city of Poznań. During the transaction, the owner was represented by Knight Frank.


Andersia Business Centre offers almost 11,000 m2 of office space and 150 parking spaces located on -1 level. On the ground floor of the object there is Pasaż Nowy Świat with 2,250 m2 of commercial and service space.
