The company DTZ, responsible for the commercialisation of the office building Jagiellońska 21 in Bydgoszcz, informed about the lease agreement. A company from the IT sector moved into the office building.
My company is the new tenant of 250-metre office space in the building on Jagiellońska 21 Street. The office is characterised by high standard of finish and exceptional visual appearance. All rooms have air conditioning and office furniture. Favourable financial conditions and aforementioned factors were decisive in the choice of this building. In addition, the building is located near the main communication junction of the city, which is a huge advantage for the employees, commented Michał Solarek, the President of the Call Center.
Office building Jagiellońska 21 was built in 1993 and offers a total of 4795 sq. m, including 3913 sq. m of office space. The building has access control, optical fiber connector and computer, electric and telephone wiring. In the building, a switchboard is installed, as well as air conditioning systems and smoke and heat detectors. Also, suspended ceiling, raised floors and partitions were made in the building.
