Griffin Group acquires Office Centre Lubicz

Office Centre Lubicz I and II
Office Centre Lubicz I and II
Office Centre Lubicz in Cracow has a new owner. The complex was purchased by the Griffin Group.

The purchase transaction was completed on 16 April, and as a result of it, two A class buildings were added to the portfolio of the Griffin Group: Office Centre Lubicz I and Office Centre Lubicz II, offering a total of over 21 000 sq. m of space.

The purchase of the Office Centre Lubicz is a natural stage of completing our office real estate holdings. The low level of vacancies on the market in Kraków convinced us to this investment, commented Przemysław Krych, the President of Griffin Group.

The complex is located at the intersection of Rakowicka and Lubicz Streets, in the very centre of the city. The older building - Office Centre Lubicz I (CBL I) offers 15 500 sq. m of space and was put into use in 2000. The second office block (CBL II), completed in 2009, is a cosy, modern office building with a total rentable area of 5 800 sq. m.

Both buildings are almost fully rented. Among the tenants, there are companies such as: International Paper, Capita, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, PWC, Lumesse, Infusion and BZ WBK.

During the transaction, the purchaser was counselled by the companies Colliers International, Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak sp. k. and MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy.
