Authorized representative of the brand NIKE leased retail space in the Warsaw office Royal Wilanow.

Living NIKE will take 426 sqm. of surface and will be the largest mono brand premises of the brand in Poland. Royal Wilanow formed on the corner of Klimaczka and Przyczołkowa streets in Warsaw and is to be completed in August 2015.

Through this agreement, the level of commercialization of the shopping and service in the Royal Wilanow office exceeded 75 percent. Other tenants in the building are already part of, inter alia, deli Peter and Paul, stand-up bar "Salty" Magda Gessler, a brewery and restaurant Bierhalle, wine bar with a restaurant Fine Wine & Spirits, French pancake Bastille Champagne Bar & Creperia, and shops such as the Mediterranean deli Piccola Italia and Krakowski dresser. In belonging to the Group Capital Park, facility located on level -1 will also be a car wash.

NIKE brand fits perfectly into the concept of our tenant mix, which has based on the analysis of the needs of residents and workers of Wilanow surrounding offices. The signed agreement is all the more important, it will be the biggest mono brand stores in Poland - said Wojciech Nowakowski, Investment Manager at Capital Park Group.

Implementation of the office building began in August 2013. Already completed stage of construction of underground car parks (there are carried out finishing works and installation). On the ground floor, being installed vertical structural elements, as well as the preparation of the record of the first floor.

The Royal Wilanow will be 29 787 sqm. of office space. Five-storey building will offer underground parking with 915 parking spaces and bicycle parking. The hotel will also provide 6920 sqm. of commercial space.

The project office has established in JEMS Architects. Commercialization offices dealing with Colliers International, while for rent commercial part corresponds BOIG.
