The new owner of Jupiter 1 and Jupiter 2 buildings is TRINFICO Investment Group – a partnership owned by a private Russian BLAGOSOSTOYANIE pension fund. The value of the investment totals ca. 70 million euro. The first announcements of the transaction occurred in February 2014 when a term sheet document was signed. The closure of the transaction is envisaged within the nearest weeks and it will be possible after fulfillment of common conditions for such kind of property transaction in Russia.
The structures offer jointly ca. 16 800 sq. m of area which has been rented by partnerships of Russian energetic concern – Gazprom for two years.
When we started a detailed planning of this project ten years ago, we knew that we may create something special in this fantastic place. The confirmation of the fact that we succeeded are long-term lease agreements and conclusion of a today’s sales contract. AIRPORTCITY St. Petersburg project is located in close proximity to international airport St. Petersburg Pulkovo 2. It is the first business center class premium in this place and meaningful infrastructural project in the region of the airport, one of the most quickly developing economic areas in St. Petersburg. Next to a four-star Crowne Plaza hotel, three modern offices with the total rentable area amounting ca. 31 000 sq. m were built. Jupiter 1 and Jupiter 2 structures were realized within the first stage of the building. Currently the building of the next offices is being planned.
