The agreement with MMC is another – after the lease transaction for over 7000 sq. m in Equator – such a great and individual transaction on the Warsaw market concluded by an Austrian investor and developer in last months.
MMC offers technical services and consultancy in the areas related to i.a. risk management, reinsurance and human capital management. The company is going to move into a newly rented space in January 2015.
Recently, IMMOFINANZ Group has also signed a lease agreement in Nimbus building with Nexity company. The biggest deliverer in France within building and property management, including office, hotel and residential projects will occupy ca. 400 sq. m. Both contracts were concluded for the period of five years by a developer.
Nimbus Office is located in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 98 in the neighborhood of Zawisza Square. The structure offers over 19 000 sq. m of office and commercial area. The building received LEED cerificate.
