Provident, which offers prompt cash loans, has been functioning on the Polish market for 15 years. The new office of the company will be located on the first floor of first of two planned buildings which constitute the part of Radom Office Park. Randstad, in turn, is one of the leading deliverers of HR services and it has been functioning on the Polish market since 1994. The company has over 80 offices and it is opening its registered office on the ground floor.
Radom Office Park is composed of two modern office buildings class A with the total usable area of 10 000 sq. m. In the project there were modern solutions applied which provide functional and effective usage of office area, including i.a. suspended ceilings and lifted floors, opened window modules, intelligent building steering system (BMS), independent two-sided power supply in electric energy and telecommunication services. The complex is provided with the round-the-clock security service.
