OXYGEN is a 9-tier office building located in Szczecin at the crossroads at Malczewskiego Street and Wyzwolenia Avenue. The structure offers over 14 000 sq. m of rentable area equipped with i.a. high class IT connections, safety system, modern and energy-saving air-conditioning system as well as monitoring and access control system. The tenants of the office have 181 parking places in aboveground and underground garages at their disposal.
The architectural project of the investment was devised by Arch-Deco office in Gdańsk. The building of Oxygen started in September 2008 and it was commissioned in the third quarter of 2010. In spring of 2013, the building received ecological BREEAM In-Use certificates with a very good grade in both Asset Rating (building) and Building Management (quality of management) categories.
