Regus is opening another headquarters in Poland. The tenant was represented by Knight Frank company during the transaction.

Regus partnership will rent 750 sq. m of office area in Zana 39/39A complex in Lublin. The new office will start its activity at the end of May 2015.

 

We decided to start our activity in Lublin because we appreciate the business and scientific potential of the city. We are opening our fourteenth establishment in Poland, the fifth outside Warsaw, in order to meet expectations of new companies and international corporations – comments Karolina Starkosz, Director for Development in Regus company.

 

The owner of two buildings which are the members of Zana 39/39A office complex is a fund managed by First Property Group PLC company. The list of tenants includes: ING Bank Śląski, BZWBK, Deutsche Bank, TUiR Warta, DataArt and Billennium.

 

Marek Ciunowicz, Regional Director, Tenant Representation Department in Knight Frank, adds: We are observing a growing interest of companies concerning the letting of areas on developing office markets like Lublin. First and foremost, the demand in these cities is generated by local companies interested in letting of small areas from several dozen to several hundred sq. m. The presence of Regus, the biggest deliverer of service offices, will certainly contribute to extension of the offer concerning high quality offices in Lublin for these companies.
