The new tenants in Dzielna 60 – partnerships owned by Grupa Pracuj – are going to occupy over 500 sq. m of space in one of five buildings which belong to the Ochnik Development office complex. The process of searching for space, analysis concerning optimal location and negotiations for Grupa Pracuj were conducted by the Walter Herz company.

The modernized complex offers loft offices with flexible possibilities concerning arrangement of space to its tenants. The offices are very well-lit thanks to their height. The Dzielna 60 design envisaged a combination of historical and modern elements. The construction elements of factory buildings and transparent constructions of steel entresols were maintained and renewed in the interiors. Moreover, the companies may rent from 60 to 700 sq. m within one floor. Additionally, the tenants may benefit from a free Conference Zone, Relaxation Zone and a green courtyard with places intended for rest as well as a seasonal café garden.
The tenants wanted to have a loft and untypical project. Furthermore, they wished a good location, possibility of a flexible division of space and very good lighting of the office. All these factors perfectly signed themselves in the tenants' expectations.
