After signing of a contract with a new tenant, the commercialization of the first stage of Gdański Business Center totals 80 per cent
The Gdański Business Center complex found another tenant. HB Reavis, which is managing the investment, signed a lease contract with Digital Virgo – a company specialized in delivering of mobile value-added services in Poland and Slovakia.

The developer is going to provide 813 sq. m of business area to a new tenant which is located in the neighborhood of the seventh tier of the building marked with the letter „B”. According to conditions of the contract, Digital Virgo is going to move into the office at the beginning of the following year. The office in Gdańsk will become a place of cooperation with i.a. advertisement agencies, media houses, producers of telephones and mobile operators.

 

The attractiveness of area rented by Digital Virgo is emphasized by a spacious terrace designed at a height of seventh floor and it is intended for a tenant’s use. The transaction was concluded with the participation of experts of JLL consulting company.

 

Digital Virgo decided to choose Gdański Business Center mainly due to convenient location of the office in close proximity to hubs and high standard of the structure. The client also appreciated the vast terrace on the level of the office where employees will be able to go with their laptops or spend a lunch break on sunny days – adds Izabela Ciszewska, Consultant in Department of Tenant Representation, JLL.

 

After signing of a contract with a new tenant, the commercialization of the first stage of the Gdański Business Center complex totals 80 per cent. At present, the negotiations with other companies interested in a lease offer of office space in this modern structure (equipped with i.a. BMS system and energy-saving solutions confirmed with the BREEAM certificate on the Very Good level) are being conducted. The total rentable area of the complex – after completion of realization of all stages – will amount to over 98 thousand sq. m. The commission of other two buildings is planned on the first quarter of 2016.
