Other tenants decided on continuation of cooperation with Warsaw Financial Center. The transactions included jointly over 2 300 sq. m of office area.

Chadbourne & Parke and Korea Business Center made a decision about extension of lease contracts concerning office areas in Warsaw Financial Center located at the crossroads of Emilia Plater and Świętokrzyska Streets in Warsaw.

 

The first of the mentioned companies is an international legal office with a headquarters in New York. It occupies 1250 sq. m on the eighth floor of the Warsaw office. According to contract provisions, the legal office will stay in the building till 2019.

 

The commercial department of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea – Korea Business Center decided to extend the cooperation for other 5 years. It will occupy 400 sq. m located on the twenty-first floor in Warsaw Financial Center.
