The German GLL Real Estate Partners fund has been increasing its portfolio by Polish office investments since 2004. After the realization of buildings located in the capital city and Wrocław, it became the owner of Kazimierz Office Center from Cracow.

At the end of May, the purchase and sale transaction of Kazmierz Office Center was finalized as the next stage of a preliminary contract signed in March. The seller was GTC and the new owner of the property is GLL Real Estate Partners.

 

The office building class A – Kazimierz Office Center – was built in 2009. There are 15 400 sq. m of modern office area in it which are located on five floors and 125 sq. m of commercial space on the ground floor. The tenants will be able to benefit from 246 parking places in a 2-level underground garage. The undeniable asset of the structure is location in the neighborhood of the city center and Galeria Kaziemierz.

Along with the takeover of Kazimierz Office Center, the investor started a cooperation with BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland which provides complex services in the area of property management. It is another – sixth property in the portfolio of GLL Real Estate Partners on the area of Poland. Moreover, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland manages all of the buildings. 

 

Through an active participation in the complex process of management of the portfolio of GLL Real Estate Partners, we are realizing our own economic strategy, the general objective of which is generation of a stable increase in the investments' value. While conducting effective activities in the all areas of properties' management, we are concentrating on delivering of regular incomes to investors.
