Pentacomp Systemy Informatyczne SA is moving to Blue Office in September this year. It rented over 1500 sq. m of area. The company was represented by an international Savills consulting agency during the process of concluding a transaction.
Blue Office offers modern office area on attractive conditions. A big asset of the structure is proximity to the Blue City shopping mall in which there are ca. 200 shops and service points as well as 20 restaurants and cafes. It is worth emphasizing that there are many parking places in the structure – Blue Office offers much greater amount of them in comparison to other buildings in the neighborhood – comments Dariusz Karwański, Associate in the Department for Office Area in Savills.
Blue Office is located at Jerozolimskie 179 Avenue in Warsaw in the complex owned by the Blue City shopping center. The office class B+ was founded in 2008 and it offers 35 000 sq. m of offices, the area of which totals from 15 sq. m. There are also 4700 sq. m located on one floor. Moreover, the structure is currently in the process of the BREEAM certification.
