ECO DaftCode – a new tenant in Warsaw Spire

A deliverer of IT solutions chose Warsaw Spire for its new headquarters. The company is going to move into its rented office in April 2016.

DaftCode will occupy office area with the size of 1700 sq. m located on the 40th floor of the building A. The new office will hold even 175 employees. The lease contract will be in force for 5 years.

 

It is fascinating that products using modern technologies, which will have an influence on our future, will be realized in Warsaw Spire. Warsaw Spire provides a perfect labor environment for companies which count on innovativeness and creativity. We received a confirmation once again that tenants appreciate the conception of combination of office functions with a valuable public space within the European square – says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Development Chairman of Ghelamco Poland.

 

DaftCode has been present on the market since 2011. The company has been functioning in the area of production of software and Internet applications, i.a. mobile applications, SaaS software, systems of artificial intelligence for marketing and payments systems dedicated to business and individual clients.

The European Frontex Agency and BNP Paribas Securities Services SKA Department in Poland moved into the building B this year. Moreover, Benefit Systems will move into a new headquarters in November this year and such companies as Samsung, Ghelamco Poland, Bilfinger HSG Facility Management and the Center for EU Transport Projects will rent areas in the Warsaw complex in 2016.   

 

Warsaw Spire will offer 100 000 sq. m of office area certified in BREEAM at Excellent level. The complex is rented in 60 per cent and its completion is planned within 9 months.
