Olimp restaurant in Silesia Star
A new restaurant under the brand Olimp was opened in the Silesia Star office building in Katowice yesterday.

The Silesia Star office owned by the LC Corp developer partnership is located at Uniwersytecka 18 Street in Katowice. A newly opened Olimp restaurant is the third premises of this brand in Silesian agglomeration – after Olimp Arena in Gliwice and Olimp Francuska in Katowice. The concept created by Gastromal Group consists in sales of food by weight with normalized price for 100 g of food. At present, there are 20 own and 17 franchised restaurants in Poland. The opening of the next premises – this time in the Avon building in Warsaw – is planned in the nearest weeks.

 

The Silesia Star project envisages building of two 8-tier structures, jointly offering 27 000 sq. m of leasable area. The first office commissioned in December 2014 owns 13 000 sq. m of office area as well as underground garage. The finalization of the second building stage is planned at the end of the half-year of 2016. Commercial, service and gastronomic functions are envisaged on the ground floor of the structure. Present tenants of the building are i.a. Mentor Graphics and Getin Noble Bank partnerships.  

 

LC Corp SA controls group of special-purpose developer partnerships which realize commercial and residential investments in the largest cities of Poland. The major shareholder of the company is dr Leszek Czarnecki who also controls i.a. GETIN Holding SA financial group. Moreover, he has such commercial investments in his portfolio as Sky Tower in Wrocław, Arkady Wrocławskie or Wola Center in Warsaw.
