Alexander Mann Solutions – a global leader in the area of outsourcing of recruitment processes – is going to occupy 2 800 sq. m on the eighth and ninth floor of the office tower Ferrum owned by the second stage of Alchemia. The company will open Global Service Center in the Gdańsk office, which will be responsible for service of customers from the EMEA area. As a target, the office will hire 300 employees. The lease contract with Alexander Mann Solutions is another confirmation about attractiveness of Alchemia as an investment, but also about a huge potential of our region to locate a business activity. The transaction may also indicate that the office part of the second stage of Alchemia was totally rented. A decision about renting the area in Alchemia was made six months after launching the first project of Alexander Mann Solutions, which confirmed the potential of the labor market in Tricity.
Thanks to the contract with Alexander Mann Solutions, the second stage of the Alchemia complex was totally rented. Wipro IT Services and State Street (the whole office tower Titanium) have already opened their headquarters in the building.
