Herbewo International concluded a lease contract with Onwelo, which is going to occupy the fourth floor of Regent Office. It is another tenant who will move into the building. Herbewo informed that it gained the first tenant for its investment – Grand Parade – at the end of October this year. The company rented the third floor in the structure.
Onwelo functions in the service sector. It delivers solutions from the area of IT for banking, capital, insurance and formation markets, FMCG industry, and telecommunication.
Regent Office is being realized at Prądnicka 20A Street in Cracow. Works at realization of the project started in September 2014. The planned commission of the building is envisaged on March of the following year. The building offers about 5000 sq. m of office area located on 5 aboveground tiers. Tenants will have 100 parking places in a two-tier underground garage at their disposal, as well as parking places for bicycles, changing rooms and showers for bicyclists. The building will be characterized by a roof covered with glass with a relaxation zone for tenants. As a target, works at extension of the office will be conducted on the adjacent plot. The architectural project of the building was devised by the Cracow BS-Arch studio.
