A company operating in the area of analysis and verification of employee data – HireRight – rented 3000 sq. m in Silesia Star in Katowice. Due to dynamical development of structures, the company decided to move into a new office in Katowice. The removal to the building A in the Silesia Star complex is planned on April this year. At present, HireRight hires 250 experts in the city and it is planning to increase employment by 60 per cent in 2016.
Due to our successes in Poland, there is the right time for removal to bigger offices in order to support further development of the company. In search for a new location and negotiation of the a lease contract, HireRight was supported by experts of the international consulting company JLL. Silesia Star is a very good choice for HireRight. HireRight has been operating in Poland since 2003. It is the biggest company in Europe which provides services in the area of the so called background screening (analysis and verification of candidates' data) and supports organizations in limiting risk related to e.g. recruitment of employees.
Silesia Star is located in the city center of Katowice at Uniwersytecka 18 Street in close proximity to the central highway DTŚ (Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa). The project is composed of 8-tier buildings offering 27 000 sq. m of leased area. Architects from the Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio are responsible for the project of Silesia Star whereas LC Corp – for realization of the investment.
