Dolby, Medicover Group and Talex are new tenants in the green building. The first tenants move in to the building A in the first half of April. These are Ernst&Young and Allegro Group.

Dolby, the company which rented around 850 square metres in building A recently put into use, is planning to move in in September this year. Dolby is a world’s leader of technology. The branch in Wroclaw is the company’s 11th branch in Europe. Talex, the provider of the technologically advanced services and IT solutions, is going to move in in September as well. Talex’s office will occupy 300 square metres.
The work conected with the 2nd phase of Green Towers project, i.e. the building B, started in October 2011. The completion and putting the building into use is scheduled for the turn of 2012 and 2013. Total lease surface in Green Towers complex amounts 23 300 square metres, 11 600 square metres in the building B.
