Five companies have signed contracts for the rental of office space in Le Palais, which is situated in the centre of Warsaw, at Próżna Street. IVG, Chambers Schönherr, Austrian Cultural Forum, consulting firm ACCREO and Stewart Titl will move into new office block.The owner of building, company Warimpex Finanz und Beteiligungs AG, was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle during the process of leaseholders acquisition.
Christian Fojtl, Managing Director Warimpex Polska, said: Le Palais is the unique investment on the metropolitan property market. Localization is one of its main asset –just in the city centre –in so called ‘Central Business Area’ at the Próżna street, is located near Grzybowskiego square. Moreover, it has direct access to public service vehicles and near the Central Railway Station and underground station. Le Palais distinguishes itself by its original architecture – XIX-century neo-renaissance tenements, which was centerpiece of historical part of Warsaw, was adapted to modern office space.
Companies will occupy inclusively 2024 square metres. IVG will occupy 215 square metres, Chambers Schönherr – 767 square metres, Austrian Cultural Forum – 486 square metres, ACCREO – 441 square metres and Stewart Title – 115 square metres . The main leaseholder of Le Palais is Ipopema Group, which covers an area of 2 360 square metres. In January 2013, IVG and Ipopema moved in Le Palais, ACCREO is plannning its relocation for March and Austrian Cultural Forum as well as Warimpex, for May. In September 2013 Chambers Schönherr will join them.

Le Palais offers 5 427 square metres of high quality office space, composed of five levels. On the ground floor and one level, exclusive sales area is situated. The leaseholders and visitors may use underground car parking. Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for commercialization of building. Warimpex Polska is administrator of building, as well as project contractor for Warimpex Finanz und Beteiligungs AG.
