In the office building University Business Park, 1 700 sqm of the office surface will be occupied by blue chip – Accenture company, which is active in consulting sector, modern technologies and outsourcing. The complex owner is Globe Trade Centre S.A.
The companies like Citi, HP, Samsung, Mobica, Intergraph, Kredyt Bank, Hermann Kirchner, Bankrupcy Management Solutions, Tax Care, Pharmenta and Warta have their headquarters in the facility. Accentrue will join them during the second half of 2013. Currently, the building is leased in about 68 per cent.
In the second half of 2013, Accenture will open the BPO service center, which supports the business activity of its clients in the world in the University Business Park. University Business Park is located between Al. Kościuszki and ul. Wólczańską in Łódź, in the neigbourhood of the Lodz University of Technology. The first finished building offers 18 423 sqm of office surface, and the tenants may use 300 of parking spaces. The office building has 7 stories and hold EU Green Building certificate. In the facility, there are suspended ceilings, tilt windows, modern heating, ventilation, and telecommunication systems. The project leaves a space to free spacial arrangement, for example, back-office, including experimental and lab space. University Business Park responds to the tenants' needs from BPO sector, which constitutes a high percentage of the prospect investors in Łódź.
