Leader in business processes management prolongs lease contract in Kraków office building.

Globe Trade Centre S.A., the owner of Centrum Biurowe Korona in Kraków, signed a prolonged lease contract for over 3,000 m2 of office space. Genpact company will stay in Edison office building for another five years.


The tenant is an international leader in the business processes management services sector. In Poland Genpact is working since 2008 and employs over 350 people. The company rents 3,090 m2 of office space in Kraków Edison office building. Lately Genpact decided to expand its activities in Szczecin, where it will open a service centre and employ almost 200 additional people.


Genpact is one of the most important tenants of Centrum Biurowe Korona. We are happy that the company decided to prolong the lease contract for another 5 years. It is a proof of a trust of a tenant. Demand for office space in Kraków is mostly generated by the companies from BPO sector. Currently in Kraków there are over 70 companies from the outsourcing sector, mostly foreign corporations, some of which located their bureaus in GTC buildings in Kraków – says Jacek Wachowicz, Member of the Management Board and the Director of Sales and Leases of GTC S.A..


Centrum Biurowe Korona includes three 11-storey buildings – Edison, Newton and Galileo, in total offering over 31,326 m2. The complex was constructed in the years 2003-2008. Currently it’s the localisation of many Polish and international companies from IT, finance, BPO and advising sectors.
