CH2M HILL Halcrow company has decided to prolong its lease contract in the Warsaw office building.

CH2M HILL Halcrow is an advising company, providing services of design and supervision of costruction work for industrial, transport, water and sewage, energy and environment companies. In Wspólna 47/49 office building the company is leasing over 700 m2 of space. The company has signed a prolonged lease contract with the owner of the object, CA Immo. During the transaction the tenants was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle team.


Our aim was to optimise the way of using office space, according to client's needs. As a result of our analyses and the talks with the owner of the building, we were able to realise all the plans and increase work comfort of CH2M HILL Halcrow team – stresses Adrian Bojczuk, a Consultant in Office Department of Jones Lang LaSalle.


CH2M HILL Halcrow's decision to stay in Wspólna 47/49 is a proof of the object's attractiveness for the tenants, who praise such assets as localisation in the city centre and building's high standard – comments Piotr Buchwald, Leasing Manager, CA Immo.


Wspólna 47/49 offers 7,200 m2 of lease space on eight overground storeys. It is located a 5-minute walk away from the Warsaw Central railway station. In the proximity of the object there are also city transportation stops, including metro Central station. The object makes a parking lot available for the tenants and their guests. The building's asset is a prestigious localisation - in the business centre, near Polish and international companies.
