Over 2 000 sq.m of space in Warsaw Aeropark still will be taken up by Novo Nordisk.

The Danish pharmaceutical company – Novo Nordisk Pharma SP. z o.o. extended the term of the lease agreement for next five years and will stay in the Zephirus building in Warsaw. The building belongs to the Aeropark office complex, and Globe Trade Centre (GTC) is its owner. Novo Nordisk Pharma will be there at least until September 2018 (this is the period to which the agreement has been extended) and will take up almost 2 000 sq. m of space.

The extension of the agreement with Novo Nordisk is extremely satisfying for GTC, more so because the competition on the Warsaw market is unabated, and the supply for office space exceeds demand. The new contract expresses the lessee’s recognition of the highest quality of services offered by GTC, says Jacek Wachowicz, Board Member and GTC Lease and Sales Managing Director.

Aeropark (previously: Okęcie Business Park) is a modern office complex consisting of three buildings: Corius, Nothus, Zephirus, designed by Autorska Pracownia Architektury Kuryłowicz & Associates Aeropark. The lessees can make use of a total of 27 000 sq.m. There are headquarters of companies such as Avon, Mitsubishi or Pandora there.
