Danish company rents an office in Aeropark

Office complex Aeropark in Warsaw
Globe Trade Centre company signed the lease agreement with Concare IT, which will move into the Areopark office complex in Warsaw.

IT company Concare IT is the new tenant of the Aeropark complex. It will take up 700 sq. m of office space. The company specialises in IT solutions which support sales, outsourcing and CRM. The seat of the company is located in the Nothus building, one of the three included in the complex, previously known as Okęcie Business Park. The company will stay in the building at least for three years.

Aeropark complex is located on 17 Stycznia Street, in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw Chopin Airport. The Nothus building was completed in 2008, and it offers over 9200 sq. m of A class office space. Within the frames of the complex, the combined area of which amounts to 27 400 sq. m of space, the buildings Zephirus and Corius were also made. The tenants in the Nothus office include Mitsubishi and Eaton. In other buildings of the complex, companies such as EFG Eurobank, Avon, Pandora and Funai are located. Corius office block has the LEED certificate.
