Groupon Poland has been taking up the space in Millennium Plaza since 2011. The seat of the company covers about 2000 sq. m. CBRE was the consulting company during the re-negotiation of the lease agreement.

Millennium Plaza office building belongs to Atlas Estate. The skyscraper, which is 122 m high, offers B+ office and commercial space and is located on Aleje Jerozolimskie 123a in the centre of Warsaw. The combined area of the building is 50 000 sq. m, 38 300 sq. m of which are offices.
We are glad that Groupon entrusted the re-negotiations of the lease agreement about its office in Millenium Plaza to us, said Daniel Bienias, Senior Director of the Office Space Department in CBRE. The counsellors from CBRE negotiated more favourable lease conditions, which will allow to reduce the costs of office space taken up by the company. The building offers its tenants and guests many facilities, such as numerous commercial and service points, including fitness club, restaurant, cafe, travel agency and many others, while the location in the centre provides ideal access to infrastructure and public transport, he added.
