Equator II office gained another tenant. Extor partnership decided to rent 1200 sq. m of office area in the structure owned by Karimpol group. Thanks to this transaction, Equator II is rented in 90 per cent. Extor company was represented by Vertigo Property Group during the transaction whereas the owner was represented by JLL experts.
Extor is an outsourcing company offering services in the area of accounting, taxes and money of Polish entities, representatives of international corporations and partnerships with foreign capital. In the company, which has been functioning since 1994, over 120 specialists are hired.
Equator II was finished in September 2011. The structure offers ca. 21 000 sq. m of area located on 12 tiers. Extor joined the group of such tenants as AON, WSIP, Medicover and Regus.
