Connectmedica creative agency extended a lease agreement of office rental space in Mokotów Nova building in Warsaw.

On the highest floor of the Mokotów Nova building, Connectmedica occupies open space, separated glazed meeting points and also own television studio and canteen. The office is arranged in a minimalist style with the dominance of a white color. A distinguishing feature of the arrangement is reception deprived of a classical developed post which is replaced by four leather armchairs arranged in a circle. We treat our office as something more than a common place in which we realize together activities for our clients. We co-created the arrangement project of the interior and we gave it an individual character. Our employees feel comfortable here, the office arrangement is our distinguishing feature. It was the one of many reasons for which we decided not to change the headquarters – says Barbara Skrzypczyk, chairman for administration in Connectmedica.

The agreement has been extended to 2020. Cushman & Wakefield international advisory company represented the tenant in renegotiations. The process of renegotiations has been running double-track. It means that the tenant considered simultaneously other available locations on the market. Thanks to our consultancy, lease conditions which satisfied both parties to the transaction were negotiated thus the agreement has been extended – comments Artur Sutor, Associate in office space department in Cushman & Wakefield.
