The purchase of this property is the last element of the project called „Towarowa” for the investor. The takeover of an area at Towarowa 22 Street, occupied by a shopping mall, started last year. In June and December this year, Griffin bought in the plots in the area of Miedziana and Pańska Streets, which are bounded on the shopping mall. The purchase of the plot where Statoil is located allows the funds managed by the investor to control the integrated area with the total space of ca. 6,2 ha.
We managed to realize the plan and gather the area which is the largest to the commercial usage in a business center of the capital. The importance of Wola on the business map of the city is systematically increasing. Seeing this potential, we decided on investments in this region. After a year of complicated activation, we are finalizing this project with satisfaction – says Piotr Fijołek, partner in Griffin Real Estate.
The investor has not revealed the plans concerning the development of taken over properties so far. However, he ensures that the shopping mall will have functioned till 2017, and Statoil petrol station at least till 2016.
