Star Silesia office gained a new tenant.The Olimp restaurant will start its activity in the structure within the agreement in August this year. At present, there are four restaurants under this brand in the Silesian region. The chain in Poland includes 19 own premises and 14 franchised ones. The launching of 15 new restaurants under this brand is planned till the end of this year.
Star Silesia office is located in the strict center of Katowice and it is composed of two office and service buildings. The structure offers 27 000 sq. m of rentable space. Moreover, the area located on the ground floor is dedicated to the commercial and service entities.
