The Centre for EU Transport Projects is a next institution – after the Frontex agency – which decided to rent an office in Warsaw Spire, a structure which is being realized in the capital. The organization will occupy four from fifteen tiers available in the building C, that is 6200 sq. m. The tenant is going to move into a new headquarters in November 2015 and the signed agreement will be in force for 8 years.

We are glad that such institution as CEUTP put its trust on us and that our project successfully underwent a procedure of such a detailed selection of offers which are presented to a tenant in the process of searching. The fact of having an institutional tenant in our project is a clear evidence of our design’s value. CEUTP particularly appreciated the optimization of the building’s exploitation costs and effectiveness of rentable areas in the building C – said Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Development Director, Member of the Board in Ghelamco Poland.

The negotiations during the process of lease were conducted by Nuvalu Poland. As the exclusive advisor in the process of leasing of office area for CEUTP, Nuvalu notices a great potential of the location of Warsaw Spire in refer to institutional tenants. The cumulation of means of public transport around Rondo Daszyńskiego is convenient for beneficiaries of CEUTP and employees of this entity – comments Marcin Wasilewski, Member of the Board in Nuvalu Poland.

The Centre for EU Transport Projects is specialized in implementation of programs and projects in the area of development concerning transport infrastructure – mainly undertakings which are co-financed from the UE funds in the financial perspective for 2007-2013 and 2014-2020.

Warsaw Spire is rented in ca. 60 per cent and the first tenants have already moved into that office complex. The Frontex agency moved into a new headquarters located in the building B in January this year, BNP Paribas Securities Service is going to do it in June and Benefit Systems – in November. Moreover, such companies as Samsung, Ghelamco Poland and Bilfinger HSG Facility Management will start their activities on the area of Warsaw Spire in the following year. After the commission of the building A, Warsaw Spire will offer 100 000 sq. m of office space. The investment received the BREEAM certificate on the Excellent level.
