A foregoing tenant of the Warsaw Oxygen Park complex – Wirtualna Polska Group – decided to rent additional office space. It is going to occupy 62 per cent of available area in the building located in the complex B, and thus the structure was totally rented.
Oxygen Park is an office complex class A localized at Jutrzenki 137a Street in Warsaw. The structure is composed of two six-tier buildings with the total lease area of 18 400 sq. m. There are a car park for 162 parking places, commercial and service zone with restaurant and internal green courtyard between buildings in the office. The complex received the international BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. The project of Oxygen Park was devised in the JEMS Architekci studio. The owner of the building is Yareal Poland owned by Yareal International – a company functioning on the European real estate market. At present, the developer is realizing a new office investment – Neopark – situated in the southern part of Mokotów at the crossroads of Cybernetyki i Wynalazek Streets.
